We promoted inclusive spaces that embodied The North Face’s spirit of exploration by turning function into narrative, monumental moments into inspiration, and transformed experiential spaces to become invitations to join the brand on a long-term journey.
TNF Retail - Soho
The North Face Soho store was designed to guide consumers through a holistically considered experience. The North Face is known for helping make adventure more accessible for explorers of all levels through technical products that embrace innovation. That drive to continuously elevate and evolve coupled with the need to bring the rich and amazing stories of The North Face to their consumers created a unique opportunity to reimagine the brand at retail on a global level.

At the summer Outdoor Retailer show, The North Face tasked the Big-Giant team with developing a completely inclusive booth with multiple programmable spaces for the upcoming World Climbing Day. We challenged participants through active participation in climbing on the USA Climbing supported boulder recreating Alex Honnold’s now iconic Free Solo route and through a speaker series in support of the brand’s mission of conservation.

For the annual Outdoor Retailer Snow Show, we collaborated with The North Face to create an immersive artful experience that told the story of the brand’s groundbreaking FutureLight technology through a statement making environment that could be inspiring, entertaining and educational.
